*Ready feedback questionnaire*: We can have upto 10 objective questions in the feedback questionnaire. These should be either single-option or multiple-option questions (10 questions should be more than enough for quick feedback system). It would also be important and useful to pilot test the questions to avoid questionnaire trials on the software. Note: for longer version questionnaires and other types of questions, project or requirement specific customization will be needed but this also can be implemented quickly.

*Beneficiaries use the feedback form to record their feedback, and see the summary or analysis report of the feedback. (in 3 easy steps)*
- *Step 1:* Residents or users or guests (audience) scan the QR code or click questionnaire link to open the questionnaire on their smart mobile phone
- *Step 2:* One gives feedback filling questionnaire digital form (need to sign in or sign up).
- *Step 3:* See summary reports in real time.
